The rehearsal dinner is the foundation that leads up to your wedding and builds anticipation for your big day. You will need a few things from me to achieve this and I can provide them for you……

Dinner Music

I will play an eclectic mix of dinner music of your choice to entertain your guests throughout the dinner service. My use of the innovative BOSE technology, along with other equipment that is rated above industry standards means that the sound will be crystal clear.  

Speeches

Traditionally, there are a few speeches by the parents and the bride and groom, usually at the beginning or conclusion of dinner.  I have a wireless microphone system that can be used anywhere in the room that will assist with this part of the dinner.

Slide Shows 

This is the best time to present a slide show because they can take up a lot of time at your actual wedding. You provide the slide show & laptop – I will provide the projector, projector screen, and the sound.

Booking

Usually, rehearsal dinners take place on Fridays or another day of the week. Unfortunately, I am not usually available for Saturday rehearsal dinners due to the demand for weddings on that day. If I am available though, I would be more than happy to provide you with entertainment.  

Remember, it is not necessary for me to provide the entertainment for the wedding reception in order to be of service to you at the rehearsal dinner.  Conversely, I will be happy to entertain your guests at the wedding reception even if I am not hired for the rehearsal dinner.
